I have been a Mental Health Therapist since 2006, working with clients successfully to meet their goals and address unresolved issues. I use my knowledge and background to utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy to work with adults, children and families.

I began my private practice in Bradenton, Florida before moving to the Tampa Bay Area in 2020 full time. I provide individual, family, and couples therapy. I also utilize all my years of experience to help treat a wide range of disorders but do specialize in Depression, Anxiety and PTSD.
Outpatient Therapist and Training Specialist
November 2011 - February 2020
I worked with Bay Area Behavioral Services as an Outpatient Therapist and Training Specialist for all new hires. My clientele consisted of mostly adult and adolescents treating disorders related to Anxiety, Depression and PTSD. I also conducted monthly staff supervision for all non-licensed staff to review their cases.
Clinical Director
December 2010 - August 2011
At Leslie Peters Halfway House, through Camelot Community Care, I was the clinical director of mental health services. I worked with Juvenile offenders who were struggling with dual diagnoses of Substance Abuse and Mental illness. I provided individual, family and group therapy on a weekly basis.
Group Home Therapist
January 2010 - December 2010
At Tampa Bay Academy I provided individual, group and family therapy in the group home. I primarily worked with boys ages 5-14 and addressed issues ranging from Trauma, Depression, Mood Dysregulation, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Outpatient Therapist and Team Leader
August 2006-January 2010
I was hired on at Manatee Glens as an intern and worked in the Children’s Mental Health program. I provided individual, family and group therapy for children and family in the foster care, and other trauma related disorders. I was also the Team Leader, taking on a supervisory role within the department.
